Callao City Lights, an iconic 1926 building in Madrid, located near Gran Vía, renowned for its historical significance, versatile cultural events, and distinctive blend of Art Deco and traditional Spanish architecture was the setting for an extraordinary event: the Beyond Beauty Club Convention. Organized by AIM Group International’s Spanish office, the event was a dazzling showcase of creativity designed to immerse attendees in a Hollywood-inspired experience while celebrating the spirit of the Beyond Beauty community.
Transforming the heart of Madrid into a glamorous film premiere, AIM Group brought to life a concept that went beyond the usual conference format. From the red-carpet welcoming- enforcing the event’s identity and exclusivity – to a day filled with inspiring moments, the event was a masterclass in emotional and sensory engagement.
The convention began with a welcome speech that set the tone for the day. Far from a formality, the speech fostered an emotional connection, inspiring attendees to embrace their role as ambassadors for Beyond Beauty. The event design featured interactive elements such as personalized lighting and gobos, immersive projections, and sensory delights such as popcorn and frozen yogurt – all designed to encourage networking and social sharing.
A highlight of the event were the plenary sessions, headlined by industry experts including Dr Simon Ourian, the renowned aesthetic doctor to the Kardashians. His presence underscored the fusion of science and beauty, a core tenet of the Beyond Beauty brand. The agenda also provided ample opportunity for guests to network, exchange ideas and share experiences in an environment designed to inspire collaboration and creativity.
The day culminated in a stunning ‘Closing Show’, a vibrant spectacle where 360 video mapping was projected to light up the theatre, symbolizing the unity and connectedness of the Beyond Beauty community.
